Class Size
YATC
reserves the right to cancel any class that does not meet the minimum enrollment requirements. The average class size is 12 students.

Class Observation
No trial classes or observations are permitted.

Snow Closings

Check home page or call 212-330-7642 for class cancellations. We will attempt to notify by 4:00pm on the day of the severe weather event.

Payment
Online or Mail: Full payment is required upon your confirmation notice that you have been granted a roster spot via email.  In-Person: Full payment is required upon receipt.  Check, MC, Visa, or American Express via Pay Pal is accepted. Cash will be accepted in-person only. [$20 returned check fee]

Attendance
Each class is crucial for all students; we strongly encourage full attendance. There is no pro-rating for missed classes.

Refunds
Students withdrawing at least 1 week before the first class receive a full refund (minus a $20 processing fee). Students withdrawing before the third class receive a 50% refund. No refunds are given after the third class, regardless of attendance.

Enrollment
Students are added on a first-come, first-served basis for all classes.

Dress Code
Students should wear comfortable clothing. Skirts are acceptable only with shorts underneath. Students may be asked to sit out if their clothing is inappropriate for an activity.

Confirmation
Registrants receive confirmation via email, or if email not available, via phone and letter. They will include confirmed class, dates, times, procedures and days off.

Photography
YATC
reserves the right to use photos and videos taken during YATC sessions for promotional purposes.

Required Releases
Parents/Guardians will be required to complete and submit the Activity / Enrollment / Liability / Medical Treatment / Photo Release Form before a student may attend class.

At the time, they were written wholly for the purpose of bettering us as teachers and making their experiences more worthwhile - they had nothing to do with the creation of this website.
